Zumba is an exhilarating and dynamic class that fuses Latin dance steps with body sculpting and resistance training. Teaching Zumba fulfills my love for dance, my passion for fitness and my purpose to motivate and inspire people.

I am a life long fitness enthusiast with a background in gymnastics and dance. It is my goal to infuse the same passion and enthusiasm I have for fitness into every client I work with. My workouts are challenging, effective and fun. I combine interval training, plyometric exercises, core balance training, kickboxing, yoga and pilates. My clients range from teenage athletes, to professional stuntmen, to individuals suffering from chronic back pain, to the couch potato who hates to exercise. Each client has different needs and goals. I enjoy helping all my clients be their best self and have fun doing it!
